Darkothica® Wholesale Terms & Conditions
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
For first time wholesale customers of Darkothica the minimum order value is $200 (doesn’t include shipping cost/applicable taxes). A $100 minimum + shipping cost is required after the first purchase.
Item samples are available upon request (price + shipping cost still applies).
HOW TO REGISTER AND PLACE AN ORDER
- You’ll need to be approved as a Darkothica wholesale customer prior to placing an order.
- Register through this link: https://www.darkothica.com/a/wsg/proxy/signup
- Once approved as a wholesale customer, we will e-mail you to let you know and you’ll be able to log in and shop immediately.
- Only items available for wholesale purchase will be visible on our site when you log in, please view these products on the quick order form and/or the Darkothica Exclusive collection if you’d like to see them all in one place to view/order.
- Once your order is placed, we will e-mail a final invoice to you that will include the shipping charges and a button to pay securely through our site.
- You will receive separate shipping confirmation e-mails that will contain tracking numbers as items ship.
Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers with their own storefronts (websites). Businesses are forbidden from selling Darkothica merchandise on any online 3rd party retail outlet – such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Facebook Buy-In Groups or any other 3rd party means.
Shipping costs will be determined after we receive your order. You will then receive a detailed electronic invoice with the total due including shipping/taxes.
Shipping and taxes are not included in the cost of goods and is paid by the re-seller (where applicable).
Estimated production/shipping timeframes and tracking numbers will be provided once the order is placed and when the items ship.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact Darkothica at email@example.com within 2 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments with pictures of the defective item(s). Replacements will be sent for items proven to be defective or a refund will be provided.
**Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Darkothica.
